Cancellation Policy

At Gold Oasis Nails we value your time and strive to provide the best service possible. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both our clients and our team, we have established the following late policies: We will charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48hrs of scheduled appointment, this is separate from the *NON REFUNDABLE $25 DEPOSIT* (for example, if a client does not cancel within allotted time, and their service was going to be $55 then their card will be charged 25% of the service $13.75) Grace Period: Clients are allowed a grace period of up to 10 minutes. If you arrive within this 10-minute window, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment. Tardy Arrival (11 minutes or more): If you arrive 11 minutes or more late for your appointment, we consider it a tardy arrival. In such cases, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment, depending on our availability. We understand that unexpected delays can happen, but we also want to respect the time of clients with appointments following yours. Rescheduling: If you are considered tardy, our salon staff will assess the situation and determine the best course of action. This may include rescheduling your appointment for a more suitable time, adjusting the services to fit the remaining time, or offering an alternative solution to ensure you receive the best possible service. Appointment Reservations: To secure your appointment at Gold Oasis Nails, we require a deposit or prepayment for select services. The deposit amount will be determined based on the services booked. Deposit Payment: Deposits can be made online or in-person at our salon. Your appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Cancellation or Rescheduling: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Late Arrival: Clients are allowed a grace period of up to 10 minutes, as outlined in our Late Policy. If you arrive 11 minutes or more late for your appointment and we are unable to accommodate the full service within the remaining time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, the deposit for the original appointment will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be made. Refunds for Cancelled or Rescheduled Appointments: If you provide the required 24-hour notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling, your deposit will be refunded to you. Forfeited deposits due to late arrival and inability to accommodate the service cannot be refunded. ervices received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your nails can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, at no additional charge to you. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging. If a product is opened or used, it is possible that a restocking fee will be charged. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary.
